Baldwin Adds Plunkett and Johnson as Technical Support and Sales Representative

Baldwin Technology has announced the appointment of Plunkett and Johnson as its service and sales representative in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to Baldwin’s acquisition of Oxy-Dry, Plunkett and Johnson was the Oxy-Dry representative in these regions and had earned an excellent reputation for its technical and customer support.

“Plunkett and Johnson serve all the market segments we supply, from sheet-fed to commercial web and newspapers,” says Peter Tkachuk, managing director of Baldwin Graphic Equipment Pty Ltd. “Their knowledge of Baldwin’s products and customers is extremely valuable and through this agreement with Plunkett and Johnson will strengthen Baldwin’s presence and enhance the quality and speed of technical support in these areas. “As well as benefiting from even more responsive after-sales care, it is important to note that our customers will always have Baldwin Graphic Equipment Pty (Sydney) as their single point of contact for all their sales and technical support requirements.,
